Every state has its own workers’ comp website, though not every state offers as much information online. So we’ve also collected phone numbers and mailing addresses for every state. However, some states use separate addresses depending on what you’re submitting, so double-check with your state’s site (or by calling) before mailing anything. Almost all states also offer a toll-free phone number, though you need to be located in the state to call toll-free. How does workers’ comp work?
The workers’ comp process starts when you report your work injury or illness to your employer. Then you have to file a claim within a certain amount of time so you can qualify for weekly payments and reimbursement of your medical bills while you recover.
Can I get workers’ comp if the injury was my fault?

Do all workers qualify for workers’ comp?
